In those moments, what we often need most is a safe space, a listening ear, and the assurance that we’re not alone. At Ruach Counselling Centre , we’re here to walk that road with you. Who We Are In early 2010, the leaders of Coronation Avenue Methodist Church recognized a growing need for accessible, affordable counselling in the Helderberg Basin. Many individuals were facing serious personal challenges—ranging from mental health struggles and addiction to bereavement, family conflict, and economic hardship.
